1 Results of research in science and technology from the National Bureau of Standards were reported in the Scientific Papers. The first 14 volumes of the Scientific Papers were issued as the Bulletin of the Bureau of Standards (1904-1919). Volumes 15-22 were issued as Scientific Papers of the Bureau of Standards (1919-1928). Results of investigations of materials and methods of testing were reported in the 22 volumes of Technologic Papers (1910-1928). In July 1928 the Scientific Papers and Technologic Papers were combined and issued under the title Bureau of Standards Journal of Research.
