Baldrige Process Improvement

The Baldrige Program recognizes that abiding by its own philosophy is vital to its own success and sustainability. For this reason, we evaluate all Program processes, products, and services for improvement opportunities. Here are several examples of this continuous improvement:

1. Biennial updates to the Baldrige Excellence Framework® to ensure appropriateness and relevance

2. Annual review of Award application, the Award evaluation process, Examiner recruitment and training processes, the feedback given to applicants, The Quest for Excellence® conference, and the Award Ceremony

3. Regular review of ethics and conflict of interest policies.
