Judges Panel
In 2025 it was determined the Panel of Judges should be considered a "discretionary" federal advisory committee and was terminated by the Secretary of Commerce. The Panel of Judges is now being managed by the Alliance for Performance Excellence as they administer the Baldrige Award process on behalf of NIST in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed in September of 2025.
