Baldrige Award Process Fees

Applicant Size (employees): 500 or less

Eligibility Determination: No Charge 

Applicant Size (employees): 501 or more

Eligibility Determination: No Charge

*Covers expenses associated with the review of applications and the development of evaluation reports.  

Award Application fee refund requests made

• before the application deadline will receive all fees amount returned, less a $500 processing fee;
• within 10 days after the application deadline will receive a 50% fee refund;
• after that date, no refunds will be issued.

**Paid only by applicants receiving site visits. The fee is due to ASQ prior to the site visit. 

Payment Information

Payment is due by the application deadline: May 22, 2025. Please contact bmeerschaert [at] asq.org (Beth Meerschaert) to indicate payment method.

Payments must be made in U.S. currency. Payment options include 

• ACH or Wire Transfer (please contact Beth Meerschaert 414-274-2170 at ASQ to confirm Account number).

• Checks and purchase orders must be drawn on a U.S. financial institution. Please make payable to Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Remember to include the name of the organization applying on the memo line.
