How Baldrige Connect Works
About Baldrige Connect | Consultant Code of Conduct
Request A Referral
Your organization needs the assistance of an experienced consultant and contacts the Baldrige Program. We discuss your needs with you and identify the specific types of skills and expertise that will best assist you in your efforts.
Review Your Selections
We then review our network of consultants to match their skills, expertise, and experience with the needs of your project, and we provide you the names and contact information of 3–5 consultants.
Select Consultant
You contact the consultants and determine the best fit for your organization. If you contract with one of them, they share 10% of their first-year revenues with us. There is no cost to you and your organization for processing the referral.
Provide Feedback
The Baldrige Program administers follow-up surveys to assess both the performance of the matching/referral process and the consultant. We also touch base with you throughout the referral process to make sure that your needs are being met.
