iEdison notifications are reminders within the iEdison system. Notifications may inform your organization that:
When you acknowledge or take corrective action as required under a specific notification, that notification will be archived and should no longer appear on your outstanding notification list(s). It is important to address all iEdison notifications in a timely manner. However, please note that iEdison notifications are just reminders and should not be used as the sole indication of your organization's Bayh-Dole compliance overall or for a specific invention or patent. Similarly, a lack of notifications is not a government endorsement or designation that all obligations have been fulfilled for a particular invention, patent, or organization.
