Technical Support for Online Application

Here are some important notes to keep in mind as you work on your application.

Multiple Users

The system allows up to ten users per applicant. After submitting eligibility, the account manager (the official contact point) can add up to ten users to the system.

Browser Recommendation

For optimal experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browsers to complete the application. Safari is not currently supported. 

Scheduled Maintenance

The award application will undergo scheduled maintenance every morning between 6 am and 7 am ET. During this time, the application will be temporarily offline. 

Technical issues

We recommend closing the web browser and then clearing your browser's cache before logging back into the application. Try using Chrome Incognito for better performance if issues persist.

To open a new Incognito window in Google Chrome:

• Click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
• Select "New Incognito Window" from the menu.

Charts, Tables, and Graphs Format

All charts, tables, and graphs must be saved as JPEG, PNG, or GIF images prior to uploading the files into the application.

• The maximum file size of each image you can upload is 4 megabytes (MB).
• The maximum dimensions of each image you can upload are 2,550 pixels by 3,300 pixels, with a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch (DPI).

Text Box Copy/Paste Format

For text boxes with editor capability, including criteria question responses and other forms, you may copy/paste from a word processor. To maintain proper formatting, please use the 'Clear Format' tool in the editor window and utilize the provided formatting tools.
