Winston Chang is the Chief Technology Officer for the global public sector of Snowflake, which offers cloud-based data storage and analytics service – “data-as-a-service.” He supports global government and education ecosystems for modernizing data practices. Mr. Chang is an expert in organizational transformation through data, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and innovation. His personal mission is to help government and educational institutions use data for maximum societal impact. Mr. Chang has expertise in finance, technology, leadership and branding. He provided consulting services to the federal government, leading efforts in technology strategy and innovation. His entrepreneurial history includes founding two companies, a management consulting firm and a celebrity-favorite couture fashion brand, Stevie Boi®. Previously, Mr. Chang worked at a structured finance hedge fund, modeling portfolios and collateralized debt obligations. He volunteers with the Committee of 100 and Eisenhower Fellowships, which enables him to maintain an international network and support global bridge-building, with a focus on U.S.-China relations.
