Brownies are the perfect chocolate-filled dessert, especially when served with a scoop of ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g Granulated Sugar
  • 120 g All-purpose Flour
  • 60 g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 g Baking Powder
  • 2 g Salt
  • 140 g Vegetable Oil
  • 5 g Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Chocolate Chips

  • Spatula
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Kitchen Scale
  • 20 cm x 20 cm Metal Pan

    DIRECTIONS

    • Preheat oven to 170 °C
    • Combine sugar, flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together in mixing bowl
    • Mix in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs
    • Now add in the chocolate chips. Mix again
    • To avoid sticking, spray the metal pan with oil or place parchment paper in the pan
    • Pour the brownie batter into the pan
    • Place the pan into the oven and set a timer for 20 minutes
    • Remove from the oven. Brownies are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
    • Let the brownie rest for 10 minutes
    • Enjoy!
