The Story of an Old Timer: Epic Publications

An entire lecture could be given on the Bureau's efforts and advances during the war ... but we'll just highlight a few of the "Radio Section's" efforts.

Two epic publications served the radio community for years. First, "The Principles Underlying Radio Communication" published by request of the Army Signal Corp by guidance of Dr. Dellinger. And second, "NBS Circular 74 Radio Instruments and Measurements" written by the Radio Section staff.

These two books were the "Bibles" for years to come.
