Course Descriptions: Webinars

NIST OWM has a number of webinars scheduled.  IACET level webinars with CEUs are typically two hours in length with specific learning objectives and activities designed to engage participants in an online environment. Each NIST OWM Laboratory Metrology webinar generally begins at 2 PM and ends at 4 PM on the dates advertised on the calendar of events. There are often pre-work, prerequisites, and learning objectives provided to participants prior to each session.

Cost

You can register to participate via the OWM Contacts System. OWM online webinar training fees are currently waived and available at no charge.  However, the typical fee for a 2 hour webinar is $249. Confirmed participants will be provided with log-in instructions. Registration fees for State weights and measures metrologists are funded by NIST OWM.

Technology Requirement(s):

Webinars are live stream, so participants must have a constant connection during the webinar (hard-wired is preferred).
