15T VF

This 15T system can only be used on BT-7. It uses a lot of cryogen and at least 7 days for the initial cool down. A one week notice is necessary for the actual experiment. There are two options for inserts: a 1K stick (1.5K - 300K) and a dilution fridge insert (0.05K to 300K).
