Privacy Notice

In the course of fulfilling its mission, the Standards Alumni Association (SAA) solicits information from its members that can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains. Personally identifiable information (PII), such as name and the mailing address or email address of each of its members is necessary for the SAA to contact its members in the normal course of providing membership services. Providing other types of PII to the SAA, such as phone number and birthdate, is entirely voluntary. The SAA stores all PII in an encrypted database. PII is used to produce a membership directory that is provided only to SAA members either by postal mail or by an encrypted email attachment. More details on how the SAA implements this policy are outlined the SAA Privacy Policy document.

The SAA does not share member PII with any other organization.
