If you have retired or otherwise separated from NIST, please consider continuing your association with former colleagues and with NIST by becoming a member of the Standards Alumni Association. Membership in the SAA is open to all former and current NBS/NIST employees, Research Associates, Guest Researchers, and their spouses.
A major benefit of SAA Membership is the quarterly newsletter, which includes recent news of NIST and other members, information about SAA activities, and notification of events that you may wish to attend. Other benefits include regular SAA meetings with speakers from the NIST staff, social events, simplified access to the NIST campus, and access to contact information for other SAA members.
Annual membership dues are $25. A lifetime membership is available for a single payment of $20 for each year under the age of 90.
