All types of topics and formats are available to take a deeper dive into areas important to you and your organization, including opportunities to share your own best practices.

Attendees may choose to track one or more 2019 Award recipients or track a Baldrige category, or mix and match.  Note: Concurrent session speakers will be identified in the conference app and the on-site program.
