Welcome to the Office of the Associate Director for Management Resources (ADMR). The ADMR oversees a wide range of institutional support services on behalf of the NIST Director and the organizational units. The ADMR works jointly with the Associate Director for Laboratory Programs and the Associate Director for Innovation and Industry Services to ensure organizational priorities and objectives are in alignment with the NIST mission. In addition, the ADMR also serves as a liaison with Department of Commerce (DOC) leadership on matters pertaining to workforce management, information technology and services, safety and environmental management, facilities maintenance and construction, accounting and finance, acquisitions and grants management, budget formulation, strategic planning, research support services and emergency response. The three staff offices under the Office of the ADMR are Civil Rights and Diversity, Fabrication Technology, and Information Services (Library). The six organizational units are: Acquisition and Agreements; Facilities and Property; Financial Resources; Human Resources Management; Information Systems; and Safety, Health and Environment.

Delwin Brockett is the Associate Director for Management Resources for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
In this capacity, he is responsible for all NIST-wide institutional support and administrative offices and their functions, including: workforce management, information technology and services, safety and environmental management, facilities maintenance and construction, accounting and finance, acquisitions and grants management, budget formulation, strategic planning, and emergency response.
