Dear Ms. Brown:

On behalf of the citizens of Nebraska, please accept my hearty congratulations on the celebration of the National Institute of Standards and Technology's 100th anniversary. Throughout the century, NIST has established exemplary national standards for industry, science and government that not only uphold the highest degree of quality and safety, but preserve and protect our most precious national resource - our people.

The State of Nebraska is proud to continue our strong cooperation with NIST through the Manufacturing Extension Partnership. We look forward to working with NIST in developing standards of excellence for innovative products, services and technologies yet to be explored, discovered and invented during the next 100 years and beyond.

Sincerely,
