Purpose
This document contains references to pages created in initial election process modeling and use-case development work.
- The VVSG scope and structure document was developed within original discussions about what the structure of the VVSG 2.0 standard would consist of.
- The use-cases were developed to support discussions and determinations of what areas would be considered to be within the scope of that standard.
- The Kenneth Bennett (KB) materials cited below were originally uploaded in late 2015 in an attempt to include them in the election process modeling work of the election process working groups occurring at that time.
- The full election process models as well as the linearized and cross-referenced KB materials were introduced to both serve as a means of facilitating working-group discussions of the KB work at that time as well as for attempting to achieve the fullest possible coverage of election processes as possible. These were all used as introductory supporting materials in what materialized as the election process working group models and diagrams and was largely separate from independent developments that occurred subsequently, relative to election process modeling, in the common data format (CDF) working groups.
