Visitors are required to wear a NIST Visitors badge at all times while on campus. This badge will be provided to you on the morning of your first training day, and you may be requested to show photo identification while on the NIST grounds.

All participants in the Baldrige Examiner Training course MUST present a government-issued picture identification at training registration and each training day at the NIST campus security gate.
To be a member of the Baldrige Program’s all-volunteer Board of Examiners, you must be a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident of the United States or its territories. New examiners MUST present one of the items below to confirm proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. Examiner Training course participants are expected to print out and bring a copy of their prework assignments as outlined in the prework assignment email.
It is mandatory that you complete the prework assignment before training. You will be using it in the classroom with other training participants.

Training participants are encouraged to bring an electronic device to access the online participant guide and to record course learnings. If training participants decide to bring an electronic device to training, they will be responsible for ensuring that they remain secured. The training rooms are not secured, and NIST cannot be responsible for your personal items.
Your full attention and engagement contribute to the success of your learning experience. Therefore, please limit usage of electronic devices to classroom related information. See your facilitator about usage of electronic devices inside your classroom should you have any questions. NIST has public Wi-Fi on the first floor of the training location.
