Below are links to downloads for a sample invention disclosure coversheet, checklists, and additional guidance documents, which may be helpful in completing iEdison reporting:

• Subject Invention Disclosure Sample Coversheet - This document is a sample coversheet that users can attach to a sufficient description of their subject invention to create an invention disclosure.  This coversheet can be used on top of an existing invention disclosure or used to create a new invention disclosure template.
• Invention Disclosure Checklist - This document is a checklist for uploading an Invention Disclosure document into iEdison.
• Government Support Clause Checklist - This document is a checklist for uploading a Government Support Clause document into iEdison.
