Registration for the workshop is on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also register for the Baldrige Quest for Excellence Conference as well as the workshop. The conference provides an opportunity to learn about best performance management practices from Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipients.
The interactive workshop will show participants how to conduct self-assessments of their organizations’ cybersecurity programs, utilizing the Baldrige Cybersecurity Excellence Builder. Participants will look at their programs’ effectiveness and efficiency, assess the cybersecurity results they achieve, and identify priorities for improving risk management efforts.
The Baldrige Cybersecurity Excellence Builder is a free download on the Baldrige website and will be distributed at the Baldrige Cybersecurity Workshop. This voluntary self-assessment tool is based on the Cybersecurity Framework, managed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST’s) Applied Cybersecurity Division, and the Baldrige Excellence Framework, compiled by the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program at NIST.
The Baldrige Cybersecurity Excellence Builder, Version 1.0 is a self-assessment tool to help organizations better understand the effectiveness of their cybersecurity risk management efforts and identity improvement opportunities in the context of their overall organizational performance.
