Information and Important Dates

Quest full conference registration includes Sunday Baldrige Award Ceremony and Reception, continental breakfast Monday-Wednesday, and Monday and Tuesday lunch. Does not include the pre-conference workshops.

Education Discount (K-12 and Higher)

Individuals with full-time employment or enrollment at a K-12 or higher education institution qualify for the education discounted fees. The Education discount may not be combined with other discounts.

2022 and 2024 Baldrige Examiner Discount

A discount of $300 off the full conference fee is available to the 2022 and 2024 National Baldrige Program Examiners. The Examiner discount cannot be combined with other Discounts. Examiners will receive an email with instructions in November to receive their discounted rate.

Group Discount (10 or more)

Groups of 10 or more receive a $300 discount per registrant off the advance or regular Quest conference registration fee. Registrations must be made as a group. The full conference fee will be charged if cancellations reduce the group to fewer than 10 people. Substitutions may be made at any time. The group discount may not be combined with other discounts.

Pre-Conference Workshops

Baldrige Beginner and Intermediate Framework Pre-Conference Workshops (Half-Day) $200

Workshops are not a pre-requisite for attending the conference. Separate registration required; not included in full conference registration; does not include Conference or Sunday Award Ceremony and reception attendance.

Payment Information

Payment is due with all registrations.  Payments must be made in U.S. currency. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, purchase order and money order. Note: ASQ/American Society for Quality-E-Commerce will be shown on the credit card statement. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. financial institution and made payable to MBNQA c/o ASQ. Checks or purchase orders must be accompanied by a copy of the registration confirmation emailed to you and mailed to the address below and received prior to the event:

All unpaid registration balances must be paid on-site at the conference and paid by credit card or check/money order drawn on a U.S. financial institution. Note that it is the attendee’s responsibility to make sure institution purchase orders have been paid. Purchase orders must be paid in full before registration credentials can be issued. All international orders must be prepaid; no foreign purchase orders accepted.

Do not transmit any credit card information via e-mail. You will receive confirmation of your registrations by email.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Requests for cancellation received on or before March 3, 2025 will receive a full refund. Requests received between March 4 and March 24, 2025 will incur a $200 processing fee. No requests for reimbursement for cancellations will be accepted after March 24, 2025. Substitutions may be made at any time.
