The Challenge
DrVita’s steadfast commitment to excellence has been a core principle of the company. However, maintaining exceptional quality while scaling production has posed new hurdles. The company needed a robust system to ensure consistent quality management across all processes. As a trusted partner, Manufacture Nevada helped them tackle this challenge.

The solution was to implement a more rigorous quality management system. With assistance from Manufacture Nevada, DrVita launched a comprehensive initiative that included the following.
- Enhanced Sanitation Measures: Stricter sanitation measures were implemented throughout the facility, minimizing the risk of contamination and guaranteeing the highest product quality.
- Root Cause Analysis Training: Team members across the facility were empowered to identify and address quality issues at their source, fostering a proactive approach to maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Updated Quality Documentation: Streamlined procedures and clear protocols ensured everyone was on the same page, fostering efficiency and consistency.
Results
By strengthening its quality management system and sanitation processes, DrVita has achieved the following outcomes.
- A Thriving Team: A commitment to quality has attracted top talent and created a dynamic, passionate team dedicated to producing the world’s highest-quality supplements. As a result, thirteen full-time positions were created, nine of which were in manufacturing.
- Increased Production: Streamlined processes and improved efficiency increased production capacity by 25% to meet growing demand for their supplements.
- Facility Expansion: With increased demand for their supplements, DrVita expanded its facility, adding a state-of-the-art packaging line. This expansion has enabled DrVita to develop new and innovative formulas for its clients.
