WireCrafters: Leadership and Culture Development

About

WireCrafters has grown to become the nation’s leading producer of wire partition products. The Louisville-based company provides its customers with creative solutions for their safety, security, and storage needs, while meeting commitments for exceptional quality.

The Challenge

The company’s growth combined with a significant number of new employees onboarded since the COVID pandemic, resulted in a need for a leadership and culture development program. This program supported the company’s ongoing objective to be a world class organization. For help, WireCrafters turned to KY-MEP, part of the MEP National Network™.
The KY-MEP Leadership and Culture Development program was a key piece of the puzzle in supporting our efforts to be World Class.
— Richard Horn, VP of Operations

MEP's Role

KY-MEP worked with the WireCrafters leadership team to develop a custom program focused on leadership, culture, and teamwork development. The program included classroom training combined with individualized coaching and mentoring sessions.
