The Challenge
It was very easy working with MANTEC. Scott R. was our point of contact, and he went over and above to make sure we were getting the most out of the training opportunities. The consultants we used did a great job with our team helping them understand the lean concepts. With the lessons learned we have improved our efficiency in production from an average of $130 per production hour worked to $195 per production hour worked!
