GREETINGS!

On behalf of the people of the State of Wisconsin, I would like to recognize and congratulate the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) on the occasion of their Centennial celebration and their new Hall of State Flags.

It is an honor to commend NIST for their exceptional efforts and mission in developing accepted standards and principles of commerce, to benefit organizations across Wisconsin and United States. The technical foundation that NIST has formed through their extensive research and testing has provided insight and knowledge to countless businesses, companies and organizations.
