Carl J. Williams

Carl J. Williams is the deputy director of NIST's Physical Measurement Laboratory (PML). He is a fellow of the Joint Quantum Institute (JQI) and the Joint Center for Quantum Information in Computer Science (QuICS), both collaborations between NIST and the University of Maryland, and an adjunct professor of physics at the University of Maryland. Michael Lobsinger is the Center Director for the CEG’s Business Growth Solutions (BGS) and Manufacturing Extension Partnership – Capital Region (MEP). Michael directs the BGS|MEP team in providing exemplary support to manufacturing and technology companies with a focus on continuous improvement, technology acceleration, growth and innovation, export, supply chain, sustainability and workforce development.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience ranging from engineering and product development, manufacturing, business development and operations. Prior to joining CEG in 2013, he was a dorector at an advanced lighting technology incubator program.  His other experience includes; founder of Quatic Apparel (FT Systems),  associate at Shell Global Solutions, and senior engineer at the Boeing Company. Michael earned a BS in mechanical engineering from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jeanita Pritchett

Jeanita S. Pritchett is an academic program manager in the NIST International and Academic Affairs Office. Additionally, Jeanita teaches general chemistry at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland, as an adjunct lecturer. In her spare time, she teaches Zumba at the NIST fitness center, plays flag football and paints.

Having recently completed his tenure as a NIST National Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow, Ryan M. Evans is currently a mathematician in the Applied and Computational Mathematics Division of the Information Technology Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He earned a B.S. in mathematics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2010, an M.S. in mathematics from the University of Delaware in 2013, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Delaware in 2016. Ryan is a proud Pennsylvanian, avid distance runner, and a fan of the writings of C. S. Lewis.
