Ordering Policies

To obtain a quote for a Standard Reference Instrument (SRI), please email Sales and Customer Service at srminfo [at] nist.gov (srminfo[at]nist[dot]gov).

Prices quoted for SRIs are in U.S. dollars ($).  The prices shown therein are subject to change without notice. All billing terms are pre-payment required, unless an exception is authorized. Payment must be at NIST by the expiration date on the Proforma Invoice (PFI).  Customer must provide a Federal Express account when the SRI is ready for shipment from NIST. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, customs duties, import fees, and shipping insurance.

NIST will review each order and reserves the right to not fulfill any order at any time.
