The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program is offering a limited number of seats in its 2019 examiner training course for a fee through its Baldrige Examiner Training Experience (BETE) program. You can learn the same methods and techniques used by examiners without having to serve as an examiner.
The BETE is a highly interactive training experience in which you will learn how to use the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to
- evaluate an organization’s processes,
- evaluate an organization’s results, and
- write actionable feedback that can help any organization improve.
This is accomplished as you work in groups with experienced and new examiners to evaluate a fictitious organization’s responses to the Baldrige Criteria, with the discussions facilitated by experienced Baldrige staff and examiners. This case study approach provides a hands-on, interactive learning opportunity that you don’t want to miss.
In 2019, the training is being offered the following weeks at the Baldrige Program’s headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD:
- April 23–26
- April 30–May 3
- May 7–May 10
You can choose the week that best fits your schedule, but do not delay in registering because seats are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
