This is accomplished as you work in groups with experienced and new examiners to evaluate a fictitious organization’s responses to the Baldrige Criteria, with the discussions facilitated by experienced Baldrige staff and examiners. This case study approach provides a hands-on, interactive learning opportunity that you don’t want to miss.
Baldrige examiner training, including the BETE offering, has been nationally recognized as part of the Baldrige Program’s LEAD Awards, which rank its offerings among the very best U.S. and global continuing-education programs in leadership training and employee development.
