The Challenge
The operating and machining software J.P. Jones was using became outdated and obsolete. J.P. Jones was facing the loss of current customers and the inability to take on new work. The problem was not only a software issue, but also a lack of training opportunities available for J.P. Jones employees even leadership purchased a new software product.
The OSU South Centers MEP staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of our situation. The vendor they brought in to do the BobCad training was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend any manufacturer take the time to work with them.
MEP's Role
The Ohio MEP Southeast partner, OSU South Centers, part of the Ohio MEP and the MEP National Network™, provided software training for design and machining programming for two employees through BobCAD-CAM's training modules. J.P. Jones had been unable to provide this employee training until The OSU South Centers MEP was able to assist them.
