Lion Energy has experienced explosive growth. They were ranked No. 8 out of 100 companies honored at the 27th annual Utah 100 Awards, based on revenue growth between 2016 and 2022. The management team saw the need to adjust their processes to adapt to the growth and to plan for the future.

They also helped Lion Energy define and implement the most impactful KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure success. They aligned the leadership team under the same strategy to track KPIs and achieve their collective goals.
