The Challenge

Catalyst Connection, part of the Pennsylvania MEP and the MEP National Network™, met with the senior management team at J.V. Manufacturing to discuss the company’s desire to develop a comprehensive business strategy that would not only help the company achieve its long-term goals, but also help them prepare for Industry 4.0.
J.V. Manufacturing strives for a community atmosphere within our facility, and by doing so we are able to build employee teams dedicated to satisfying our customer needs.
— Georgette Diab, Director of Quality Assurance

MEP's Role

Catalyst Connection knows that team buy-in is critical to achieving long-term goals and strategic direction. Catalyst Connection’s Vice President of Consulting Connie Palucka facilitated a one-day strategic planning workshop with the J.V. Manufacturing management team. During this session, the team reached agreement on their strategic goals and objectives, as well as evaluated various market forces and drivers, such as Industry 4.0, that could present opportunities or challenges for J.V. Manufacturing’s business in the future. Connie Palucka continues to meet with the management team on a quarterly basis to review progress against strategic initiatives, discuss successes and challenges encountered to date, and provide guidance and coaching as needed.
