International Chemtex Corporation is an ISO 9001:2015 certified water treatment equipment manufacturer headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota. Chemtex is dedicated to helping customers maintain clean and efficient heating, cooling, wastewater and process systems for mechanical companies. Founded in 1978, Chemtex is a family-owned company that has grown to 45 employees and has sales and service locations in 35 states and Puerto Rico.  

International Chemtex Corp. found themselves in a position to "reboot" their organization's ISO 9001:2015 framework because of key staff turnover and growth within the company. Leadership felt that the operational utility of the ISO system wasn't being embraced across the organization. They also had a recertification audit on the horizon, so it was a good time to reinvest in their company's certification. 

Enterprise Minnesota, part of the MEP National Network™, provided a refresher training on International Chemtex Corps. ISO 9001:2015 internal audit and business management review process. This involved a deeper dive into key process performance, and top management's level of engagement in the review of the business management process.
