WMEP is an affiliate of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s national Manufacturing Extension Partnership, a national network of 59 centers that provide assistance to small and midsize manufacturers.

We are a specialized, not-for-profit organization providing targeted consulting services to small and medium manufacturers within our service territory in Wisconsin.

The WMEP optimizes stakeholder value for Wisconsin Manufacturers by expanding their capabilities to grow, be innovative, and achieve operational success.

Manufacturing – the science and art of turning raw material into value-added products – has and will continue to be the best source of net wealth creation in the economy. At WMEP, we believe that an innovative, successful manufacturing base is the key to higher paying jobs and a higher quality of life in the state.

We are governed by an elected Board of Directors, which in turn directs our leadership and staff. Together, we measure the impact of our work.
