This is a notice that IGAMT-1 is going offline on June 30th, 2026.
IGAMT-1 is the legacy version of the IGAMT (active version is IGAMT-2). IGAMT-1 has not been supported for many years and will not be transitioned to a new host. IGAMT-1 users have been directed to use IGAMT-2.
Some IGAMT-1 users may have Implementation Guides and associated tool instances on GVT. If you wish to retain the GVT tools based on IGAMT-1 Implementation Guides, users are instructed to:
Download the XML implementation guides (profiles) from IGAMT-1 and save
OR
At a later date (estimated Mid-August), the implementation guides can be uploaded in GVT (on its new host) to re-establish the GVT IGAMT-1 based tools.
NIST will continue to host this legacy information site for the foreseeable future to guide users through the transition. For specific questions regarding the sunset timelines, technical architecture, or data migration steps, please contact:
