DescriptionGVT is a hosting platform for user generated conformance testing tools. Users developed artifacts in IGAMT-2 and TCAMT to create conformance testing tools. Users manage and post their tools in GVT Tool Scopes. GVT is an instance of the NIST HL7 v2 Testing Framework.

Account and Data Transfer Process

GVT is a hosting platform for user created validation tools
  • Context-free validation tools are created from IGAMT-2 Implementation guides
  • Context-based validation tools are created from TCAMT Test Plans
  • Users push IGAMT-2 and TCAMT tool artifacts to create the tools in GVT
No Data Transfer will be done for GVT
GVT Account and Data Transfer Process
  • Re-establish IGAMT-2 account (via consent form)
  • Re-establish TCAMT account, if applicable (via consent form)
  • Re-establish GVT account (User Action: Login and record account information beforehand)
  • Create tool scope and Re-push IGAMT-2 Implementation Guides and TCAMT Test Plans as needed
  • Request help if needed
Alternative GVT TCAMT Process
  • Download Test Plans (resource bundle) from TCAMT, and upload into GVT
  • Source IG and Test Plan is lost if IGAMT and TCAMT accounts are not re-established
