Is Your Organization Making Progress Toward Excellence?

Yes? Well, maybe? How do you know?

The Alliance for Performance Excellence, a Baldrige Program partner and nonprofit network of Baldrige-based state and regional programs, just made it a little easier to know. Alliance members took the Baldrige Are We Making Progress? survey and turned it into an online tool to help organizations identify ideas for making improvements and to recognize opportunities for innovation.

Simple Survey

The survey is simple and quick! Questions 17 ask how you feel about your organization. These straightforward questions align with the categories of the 2021-2022 Baldrige Excellence Framework®: Proven Leadership and Management Practices for High Performance. Questions 8–10 are for blinded demographic information.

Other ways to use the Are We Making Progress? survey include asking your leadership team to complete it and comparing responses. Areas of disagreement might reveal a gap in priorities for further discussion or a consensus on where resources might be focused. Similarly, compare the responses of workforce segments (including remote or hybrid employees, volunteers, and temporary staff members), individual units, locations, or work teams.

Gain Comparative/Benchmark Data

After the survey is closed, you will receive the results for use as comparative/benchmark data, showing how your organization compares. You can segment the data by demographics (industry sector, organization size), so you can compare your organization with others and set priorities for performance improvement.

So, Are You Making Progress? How Do You Know?

Psst. Take the survey! And please share this survey with other organizations, including your partners, suppliers, collaborators, and other stakeholders.
