Abstract
Annual publication--FY 2002 Programs and Accomplishments: MSEL Materials for Micro- and Optoelectronics. Today's U.S. microelectronics and supporting infrastructure industries are in fierce international competition to design and produce new smaller, lighter, faster, more functional, and more reliable electronics products more quickly and economically than ever before. With these needs in mind, the Materials for Microelectronics Program aims to anticipate and respond to our customers' most vital needs. We have selected a portfolio of projects which addresses the intersection of the most critical materials measurements needs for the industry with MSEL capabilities, facilities, and resources.
