Previously, information flow depended on multiple software programs used alongside manual spreadsheets and considerable oversight from employees to ensure accurate data was available whenever and wherever it was needed.
Gutchess Lumber successfully implemented a brand-new, company-wide ERP system with minimal disruption to production and our customers. Our new system is contributing to many opportunities for benefits, including efficiency improvements, reduced rework, and broader reporting capabilities.
