Jeanne M Houston (Fed)

Jeanne Houston is a physicist in the Sensor Science Division of the National Institute of Standards and Technology. She has been working in the field of optical detector calibration and characterization in the UV, visible, and the near infrared. She was a contributing team member in the development of the national standard for optical power measurements, Primary Optical Watt Radiometer (POWR).
