The Challenge
On February 2022 Print1 L.L.C contacted PRiMEX, part of the MEP National Network™, to request support services and training to prepare and submit local and federal reports associated with equipment, fuel, consumption and sulfur.
The experience in this project was excellent. We were able to meet all local and federal compliance requirements on time and with everything required by applicable laws and regulations. Very happy for the assigned facilitator, he was very professional and knowledgeable matter. The services were performed as proposed and the training received during the services were excellent.
MEP's Role
Print1 L.L.C requested support services to complete the EPA annual report and meet the compliance requirements of environmental regulations and avoid penalties. Print1 L.L.C needs to comply with the company's operating permit requirement (PFE-LC-RH44-1118-0828- I-II- O). Since the company had participated in various environmental compliance evaluations sponsored by PRiMEX, top management contacted PRiMEX for assistance evaluating and working 2021 annual report to continue operating and comply with federal and local environmental regulations.
On PRIMEX's visit, the work plan was discussed to continue with the preparation of the annual report and annexes. The annual report includes data, information, and evidence. At the meeting, the new annual report was reviewed and passed and delivered in a digital file. The profile and operating elements of Print1 L.LC. were completed on the DNER/JCA website with the client documents.
