About
SAFETECH is the only facility in Puerto Rico with an approved Title Five Air Permit. The company was established in 1996 as a private corporation duly registered in the Puerto Rico State Department and have maintained a good standing status. Safetech is located at Santana Industrial Park in Arecibo and has a staff of 8 full time employees.
The Challenge
Safetech needed to formalize its administrative activities and finance. Among the needs were improve its revenues, collections, and expenses. The company contacted PRiMEX, part of the MEP National Network™, for assistance with these challenges and long term engagement.
Formalizing our administrative activities has been the key to evolving and continuing to position Safetech for future periods. For this reason we continue with support services from PRIMEX to to ensure the continuity of our operations.
MEP's Role
PRiMEX conducted regular visits with the company and set out to improve customer visits and enhance the cash-flow. Through the technical assistance of PRiMEX, Safetech was able to meet meet retained/increase sales and imprive liquidity. PRIMEX has supported Safetech at the C level, training staff, implementing procedures and identifying potential detractors. Activities implemented have led Safetech Corporation to improved corrective and preventive actions.
