Background on Basis of Funding Opportunity

The Southwest Alaska Municipal Conference (SWAMC) has decided to exit the NIST MEP Program as of December 31, 2018.  SWAMC and NIST MEP worked closely together throughout the process to ensure NIST MEP would have enough time to institute a full competition and ensure that there will be continued service beginning January 1, 2019 by a new organization.
