VVSG 1.1, Vol 1, Requirement 7.3.2: Central Count Location Security

  1. Manufacturers shall develop and document in detail the measures to be taken in a central counting environment.
  2. These measures shall include physical and procedural controls related to the handling of ballot boxes, preparing of ballots for counting, counting operations and reporting data.
