Biometric Testing Software

NIST/ITL has had a long history of supporting biometric data interchange formats by developing conformance testing software. These suites of software are designed to test specific biometric data interchange formats based on existing conformance assessment standards. The Biometric Testing software provided by NIST/ITL spans from the ANSI/NIST-ITL 1 series of biometric standards to international biometric data interchange formats from International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission.
