Aaron Cornelius (Fed)

Mechanical Engineer, National Research Council Postdoc

Aaron Cornelius is an National Research Council postdoc working in the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) Production Systems Group under the advisement of Dr. Gregory Vogl. Aaron received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2024, where he applied physics-based Bayesian learning algorithms to model and optimize machining operations. At NIST, Aaron is participating in the Augmented Intelligence for Manufacturing Systems and Augmented Intelligence in Semiconductor Manufacturing projects to develop advanced sensors and statistical models for production manufacturing processes.
