Dr. Ashley Beasley Green (Fed)
Biography: Dr. Ashley Beasley Green is a Bioanalytical Chemist specializing in protein mass spectrometry and clinical measurement standards. She joined NIST in 2009 as an NRC Postdoctoral Fellow after completing her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and her B.S. in Biochemistry at Spelman College.
Research Focus: Dr. Green's work establishes foundational measurement standards that bridge basic scientific metrics to clinical laboratory results. She specializes in advanced mass spectrometry to deliver precise qualitative and quantitative measurements of complex proteins and peptides.
