Dr. Ashley Beasley Green (Fed)
Biography: Dr. Ashley Beasley Green is a bioanalytical chemist specializing in protein mass spectrometry and clinical measurement standards. She joined NIST as an NRC Postdoctoral Fellow in 2009, having earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and her B.S. in Biochemistry from Spelman College.
Research Focus: Dr. Green develops foundational measurement standards that translate basic science into reliable clinical laboratory results. She specializes in advanced mass spectrometry for the precise qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex proteins and peptides.
