Heather J. Patrick (Fed)
Dr. Heather J. Patrick is a Program Manager with the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) at NIST. Prior to joining NVLAP, Dr. Patrick led measurement services within the NIST spectrophotometry program, where she developed the Robotic Optical Scattering Instrument (ROSI) and provided optical reflectance calibrations to global stakeholders. She also served as a technical assessor for measurement services within NIST and internationally. Dr. Patrick is a Senior Member of SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, and is the recipient of a NIST Judson C. French award for advancing reflectance measurement technology.
