We ask that you keep your relationships with teachers on a professional basis. You are discouraged from utilizing teachers for out-of-Center child care. However, if you ask staff to work as a babysitter while they are employed, please know this is an entirely separate arrangement than your child's enrollment. Our liability or workers compensation insurance does not cover staff off premises. In addition, our background research and on-the-job observations do not cover any work done outside the Center. Also, the job demands are high and the potential for conflict of interest exists.
