The NICE Cyber Careers Community of Interest (COI) is excited to launch the new Open One Door Project. This project is a member-led pilot created for Cybersecurity Career Week and aims to move beyond simple career awareness by driving actionable, direct support. The project encourages cybersecurity professionals, educators, and employers to take single, high-impact actions -- such as mentoring, introductions, or offering hands-on experiences -- that help candidates actively advance along a cybersecurity career pathway. By tracking these commitments and follow-ups over 30, 60, and 90 days, the project measures continuous, real-world workforce impact rather than just superficial reach. View the video below to learn more about the project and how to engage!
